I’m Rickiell Hodge. I’m passionate about digital arts and that led me to found AVR, my first successful audio and visual company on my home island of Anguilla. Focusing on the design behind an excellent user experience for web and mobile is where I put most of my time, whether it’s for a luxury brand or small start-up business. I love creating that sweet spot between the aesthetics and function in order to craft outstanding viewer experiences for our Pink Mako clients.

Morihinzi Richardson
My name is Morihinzi Richardson and I’m an Anguilla native. In the UK, I obtained a Marketing and Event Management – Joint Honors degree. I’m passionate about expanding my knowledge, little details and building long lasting relationships. I’m the Pink Mako Project Manager and this role comes naturally to me as I’m used to the multitasking and the ever-changing pace that comes along with being one of nine. I love operating in this type of environment and I feel it’s where I thrive. It takes courage to start your business but with Pink Mako you will never stand alone.
Emmanuel Carty Mota
I’m Emmanuel Carty Mota. I’m passionate about learning and believe that almost anything learned is useful, it’s why I like doing lot of different things. Anguilla became home at the age of 13 and I was born in the Dominican Republic. Graphic art and web design became interesting to me at an early age and I’ve worked in it as much as possible since. Pink Mako is the perfect place for using my creativity in what I love to do, to make difference for our clients.
